The client is a global luxury watch company that only sells in physical stores. Client wanted to build its brand owned e-commerce boutique on the right platforms in its key markets worldwide, step by step.

Case 2: A global luxury travel and tourism operator

Designed connected customer journey and implemented from online to offline

Client is a global luxury travel and tourism operator that has presence worldwide. Client was launching a new business model through a new holiday concept in China and expected to provide a connected digital experience to their customers combining experience on website, mobile applications, NFC kiosks and connected bracelets.

D.Y.R. Consulting helped clients analyze their key business objectives and current IT & business infrastructure, created connected user journey based on consumer persona and to-be user journey. Then D.Y.R. Consulting proposed three phases of project targeting from essential to enhanced customer experience combining hardware, software and business flows.
